Great Location and Apartment

Great location and apartment. It does have a few steps to climb before you reach the lift so if coming from the pool and have children, just dry off the water well and wear non slip shoes. The apartment is fully equipped to cook each night and/or morning breakfast and with the split level living it feels like a mini house. The bedrooms are 4 steps above the living area so its not a typical apartment confinded space. very comfortable beds and balcony area which is great for drying your laundry or having a drink, reading book watching sunset. Host is very helpful, contactable and there to help. Location is great for all amenities. Very quiet for peaceful night sleep.

We really Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Nova, lovely house and great location. Not too far to walk to the Arenal and all the lovely restaurants Xabia has to offer. The pool was fabulous, it is bigger than it looks in the photo and has plenty of depth, so you can have a nice swim. There is a huge supermarket, 5 min walk away which has everything. Car is not necessary. Patrik and Ari were both very helpful and communication was excellent. I have no doubt we will be back again in the future. Thank you

We Had a Wonderfull Week

We had a wonderful week here. It's a great location easy to walk to the beach and the restaurants and shops, with a supermarket very close by. The villa has everything a family needs to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The hosts were very friendly and easy to contact if needed . We will definitely be staying here again.

The Location of The Apartment is Optimal

The location of the apartment is optimal, and the fact that it is a gated residence with access to the pool, makes it ideal for families. The place is super well equipped, although some furniture is “demodé” but we are usually very happy with what we had at our disposal. Ari was very flexible, when arriving and leaving the apartment, and communication with him was optimal. We will surely repeat in this house if we have to go back to Jávea.

The House is Beautiful

The host is very kind and attentive at all times. The house is beautiful, it is very well equipped, it has everything. The residential complex is very nice with a very cool pool.

We Had Such a Fantastic Time

We had such a fantastic time in a really beautiful location. House was great for 3 generations of our family with lots of extras to make it feel like home and very well stocked kitchen for eating in. Easy walk to shops and pharmacy for supplies. Great to have allocated parking space within the complex and very clear directions for our arrival. Very comfortable stay with air con in all bedrooms and living area. Amazing garden and pool area which we spent most of our time in. Within minutes of busy beach and restaurant area and very quiet and peaceful inside the complex to rest and relax. Great local recommendations for days out. Guadalest was a particular favourite. Would love to return again - thank you so much!
